The club enjoyed the prestigious honor of hosting the Welsh Boys Championships in 2009, because of everyone approving of the choice due to massive success of the event; in 2013 Caernarfon golf club will host the Welsh Girls Championship. The course is within walking distance of some truly intriguing sights, this includes the medieval Caernarfon Castle where Prince Charles had his investiture. The perfectly planned course is mainly flat but provides a fair test of golf to all handicaps, with a range of 18 holes which all provide an appropriate challenge.
