Hardware Specifications include:
- 2 Differential Pressure Transmitters (0-4.64psid & 0-72.5psid).
- Optional 4 or 6 ranges of Internally Compensated Laminar Flow Elements for mass flow measurement ranging from 0.5sccm - 5000sccm.
- Downstream absolute pressure transmitter for back pressure reading.
- Type T thermocouple for Gas temperature recording
Software Specifications Include:
- Core Sample Database. Core samples are entered manually through Software or imported from MS Excel.
- Real time on-screen sensor display
- Real time permeability and 1st averaged permeability display for identification of steady-state flow
- Automatic streaming error correction following calibration
- Mass Flow Error correction lookup table
- Results data export in several formats into MS Excel.
- QC measurement function - a suspicious plug result can be re-measured and the two results compared side by side
- Re-calculate measurement - plug / test properties can be modified should the original measurement data been entered incorrectly i.e. if plug length entered incorrectly when measurement was originally done, this function allows the result to be re-calculated without the need to re-measure the plug.
