I felt compelled to drop you a short line about my experience at your country house.
I came across you website by accident due to a poorly planned visited to Bangor, where my usual hotel wasnt available. I wasnt sure when I booked, but once I arrived I was pleased I did!
From the moment I walked in, the welcome was genuine and the service impeccable - I hold all the status with the Hilton's and Marriotts of this world, but the smile and warmth of the welcome was well recieved after a long day.
The kitchen stayed a bit extra for me as I was travelling up from London - excellent quality food and service to match.
I especially liked the lounge and the well cooked Welsh breakfast.
I am delighted I have discovered your country house and i will be sure to return and I will tell others.

Dear Hilary and Team,
I would like to thank you all for making are stay at Ty'n Rhos so special. We all had a wonderful time although we do have a couple of regrets - firstly that the stay was so short and secondly that we went out to eat on the Friday evening instead of eating in! We learn by experience I suppose!
All the staff were extremely helpful and even provided my son with some cufflinks when he had forgotten his own (thank you Robert).

I just wanted to thank you both for the enormous effort that you and the team put in to making our family get together so special. The extra trouble you took with the special dietary requirements was really appreciated by us.
We love the small changes you have made (the fresh milk fridge is brilliant) without spoiling the essential charm of Ty'n Rhos. How you have managed to do so much in such a short time whilst simultaneously looking after guests is incredible.

Dear Hilary and Stephen,
Thank you so much for a lovely stay in your beautiful hotel, we enjoyed ourselves immensely, we were very comfortable and you and your staff went out of their way to make us feel utterly spoilt.
The food was cooked and presented to a very high standard and served in your classical restaurant after relaxing with a drink in the conservatory and then later sitting in the lounge with a nice vintage brandy, retiring much later to a sumptuous bed, just what the doctor ordered.
Sadly on the last day I was taken ill with the dreaded migraine, which was most reluctant to depart from my head. You were so kind to both Graham and myself and we would both wish to say a special thank you to Hilary.
