Centre Manager Philip Kearton-Smith nominated David Emmins as Volunteer of The Year as part of Conwy Voluntary Bureau's annual award Scheme. Philip states, "Without David we simply couldn't manage; his dedication and commitment are first rate. I cannot think of a more deserving person"
